Montessori education offers our children opportunities to develop their potential as they step out into the world as engaged, competent, responsible, and respectful citizens with an understanding and appreciation that learning is for life. It also recognizes that children learn in different ways, at different paces, with each advancing through the curriculum as he is ready, guided by the teacher and an individualized learning plan.
Job Responsibilities
Plan and implement daily programs and activities aligned to the Curriculum Framework
Routine care for the children
Participation in school activities - year-end concert, excursions, centre's promotional events, parent-teacher meetings and other experiential activities
Establish collaborative partnership with families and communities
Handling queries and feedbacks from parents
Ad-Hoc duties
There is definitely a potential to progress further if you possess the passion, aptitude and commitment for the job.
Qualifications
With relevant certificates in Early Childhood Education
Cheerful, Creative & Inspiring, Motivating, Patient
Keen Learner with a positive attitude
A good team player
